Dhaivam Bhakth ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by Dhaivam Team 
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and
the choices you have.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account information
  - Phone number (used to sign in via OTP verification)
  - Name, email address, and profile photo, if you choose to add them
  - Date of birth and gender, if provided for personalized content

Location information
  - Your device's approximate or precise location, used to calculate an
    accurate daily Panchang for your area and to show nearby temples
  - You can deny location access; some features will use a default
    location instead

Usage information
  - Basic device and app diagnostic information (device model, OS version,
    app version) used for crash reporting and app improvement
  - We do not currently use your data for third-party advertising

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information above to:
  - Create and manage your account
  - Calculate Panchang details specific to your location
  - Show you nearby temples and related content
  - Respond to support requests
  - Maintain and improve the app's reliability and security

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information
with:
  - Service providers who help us operate the app (e.g. cloud hosting,
    SMS/OTP delivery, crash reporting), under confidentiality obligations
  - Law enforcement or regulators, only where required by law

4. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active.
If you delete your account (see Section 6), we delete or anonymize your
personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain
certain records by law.

5. YOUR CHOICES

  - You can edit your profile information at any time from within the app
  - You can revoke location permission at any time from your device
    settings
  - You can request a copy of your data by contacting us (Section 7)

6. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

You can request deletion of your account directly from within the app:
Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account. You'll be shown your basic
account details and asked to confirm before the request is submitted.
Once submitted, your account is deactivated immediately and you are
signed out; your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems
within 30 days.

You can also request deletion by emailing us at info@dhaivam.in with the
phone number or email associated with your account.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the
