By downloading, installing, or using Dhaivam Bhakth ("the app"), you agree
to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the
app.

1. WHO WE ARE

2. USING THE APP

  - You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  - You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide
    (name, date of birth, location) and for keeping your account secure
  - You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation,
    or attempt to access it through unauthorized means

3. ACCOUNTS

You sign in using your phone number and a one-time verification code.
You're responsible for all activity on your account. If you believe your
account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately.

4. CONTENT

Panchang calculations, temple information, mantras, and related content
are provided for devotional and informational purposes. While we take
care to keep this content accurate, we do not guarantee it is error-free
or suitable for any specific ritual or legal purpose.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The app, its design, and its original content are owned by
[YOUR LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and protected by applicable intellectual property
laws. Temple images, mantras, and literature sourced from third parties
remain the property of their respective owners/licensors and are used
with appropriate attribution where required.

6. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We aim to keep the
app available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You
may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings >
Danger Zone > Delete Account).

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we
are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from your use of the app.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to
conflict-of-law principles.
